WP3 - Quality
Objectives
Creating an effective project management and governance mechanism for successful execution of the project.
Coordinate internal and external evaluation, ensuring that the Master's degree and short-term trainings comply with European and national quality standards.
Manage introducing the new Master's degree programme in Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan, ensuring official recognition of the diploma.
Monitor the implementation of KPIs and take corrective measures based on the results of regular QA meetings.
Description
WP3.1. Establishment of Project Management Team (PMT), Steering Committee (SC) and Quality Assurance Board (QAB). (PMT and QAB will consist of one designated person per partner, SC comprises senior representatives from each partner)
WP3.2. Development of Quality Assurance Plan (QAP) to ensure sufficient quality of the outputs (courses, labs, trainings). (QAP will define quality criteria, peer review procedures, feedback loops and performance indicators that are in line with both national and EU standards.)
WP3.3. Regular Quality Assurance Board meetings. (Each output to be delivered to the Commission and/or uploaded to the project website will be discussed and approved on regular QAB meetings)
WP3.4. External evaluation of the project.(Report with recommendations provided to the Consortium, for targeted
improvements and ensuring that the project’s results are in line with international best practice)
