WP5 - Management

Objectives

Ensure effective coordination of partners and timely implementation of all project tasks.
Ensure  transparent  financial  and  administrative  management  in accordance  with  Erasmus+  rules,  as  well  as  the preparation of interim and final reports.
Ensure prompt communication, document flow and resolution of emerging issues through day-to-day coordination.
Develop internal project management guidelines and regularly monitor progress (monitoring, risk management), taking corrective measures if necessary.

Description

WP5.1. Establishment of management board and Kick-off meeting. (SC and PMT will be established on Kick-off meeting to review progress, address challenges, oversee budget usage, and make key decisions).
WP5.2. Development of guidelines on the project management and reporting. (Internal rules and procedure of the project management will be approved).
WP5.3. Day-to-day coordination of project activities and regular SC, PMT and meetings. (Communication with partners via established channels, ensuring all outputs uploaded to the project space in Dropbox, SC and PMT monitor activities according to Work Plan. Meetings during transnational events and online. Minutes will be shared with all partners to ensure transparency and follow-up on agreed actions).
WP5.4. Submission of Interim and Final reports. (Preparation and submission mandatory Erasmus+ reports. The Project Coordinator will consolidate inputs from all WPs, compile financial data, and ensure compliance with the funding agency’s requirements).
