On December 10, 2025, a hybrid format meeting was organized in Tashkent, where Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan partners participated offline and EU partners participated online. This event was held on the initiative of TIIAME.
The main goal of the meeting was to develop a single template/form for the analysis of existing graduate (MS) programs in Tiiame and to discuss the identification and formation of the potential of Team Members (knowledge, skills and qualifications) to create new courses within the “Ecoinformatics” curriculum.
The teams of Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan, taking into account their participation in this type of project for the first time, proposed to organize a special meeting/seminar in Tashkent by the project coordinator in order to effectively and systematically start work. All travel expenses were covered independently by the participants. TIIAME organized this meeting at a high level, while EU partners actively participated in the online format. The event was opened by the vice-rector of NDTU and welcomed all participants and wished success and fruitful cooperation in their future work. During the meeting, reports were presented by the leaders of the JP (Joint Project) on the results of the first 1-2 months of work within the framework of the project. The work carried out in the reports, the results achieved and the tasks of the next stage were covered in detail. At the end of the event, participants exchanged views and coordinated future work plans, and specific tasks for improving the Ecoinformatics curriculum were outlined. The meeting took place in a constructive and productive spirit.
