MECAS Project Kick-Off & Partner Meetings Kick-Off Meeting
On November 21, 2025, the official start-up and Cooperation meeting of the MECAS project was successfully held. This meeting was organized with the participation of all consortium members of the project and officially started the activities of the project.
During the meeting, the goals, relevance, expected results and main beneficiaries of the MECAS project were presented in detail. An overview of the grant status and coverage of the project from 1 November 2025 to 31 October 2029 was also given.
Partner institutions were introduced and their roles and responsibilities within the project were clarified. Work packages, tasks, expected results, deadlines and obligations were discussed in detail. Tasks for urgent delivery and partners in charge of them were also defined.
Detailed explanations were given on Project Management, Quality Assurance, results dissemination and reporting processes (based on FTOP and SYGMA systems). In order to establish effective cooperation, communication channels were established, including the launch of a common WhatsApp group and the Google Drive workspace.
At the end of the meeting, it was noted that transparency, timely implementation of tasks and active participation of all partners is an important factor in the successful implementation of the project.
